Invoicing & factoring

Factoring submission and tracking

Submit invoices to your factor and follow them on the factoring dashboard — statuses, filters, and notes, all under Accounting.

3 min read

Once your factoring company is connected, you submit invoices to them and track every submission from one place. The factoring dashboard lives under Accounting → Factoring.

Connecting a provider comes first — see Connect your factoring company.

Submit an invoice

From a completed load's invoice, submit it to your connected factor for funding instead of billing the broker directly. The invoice details carry over from the load, so you're confirming, not re-keying.

Track it on the factoring dashboard

The factoring dashboard is where you watch what you've submitted:

  • Statuses — see where each invoice stands with the factor.
  • Filters — narrow the list to find a specific invoice or a batch fast.
  • Notes — add a note to an invoice so the next person knows what's going on.

Good to know

  • Factoring and credit checks also show up right on your DAT rows through the free Numeo Spot extension, so you can vet a broker before you book.
  • For overdue invoices you're billing directly (not factoring), see Invoice ageing and follow-up.
  • OTR factoring is coming soon; supported providers today include RTS, Triumph, PRO Funding, WEX, Stratopay, Outgo, and TAFS.
