Already running DITAT? You can bring your loads across to Numeo One and work them on the same board as everything else — tagged with the source TMS. This page covers DITAT specifically; for the wider picture, see Connect an external TMS.
Connecting an external TMS may depend on your plan. See the pricing page for what's included.
Import the trips or shipments CSV
The most direct way to bring DITAT loads over is a file import:
- In DITAT, export your trips or shipments as a CSV.
- In Numeo One, open the load import options and choose the DITAT import.
- Upload the CSV — Numeo reads the export and creates the loads.

Each imported load is geocoded and lands on your ongoing-loads board, ready to assign and track like any other.
Bring your invoices too
DITAT invoices don't have to stay behind. Import a DITAT invoices export and those come in as broker invoices, so your billing picks up where DITAT left off.
Keep loads in sync
Beyond a one-time file import, Numeo can sync with DITAT so loads stay current as they change on the other side:
- Run a sync to pull the latest from DITAT.
- Numeo shows you what it found so you can review before you apply — nothing lands on your board blindly.
- Apply the changes you want, and your loads update.
