Setting up your company in Numeo One starts with your MC number. Type it in and FMCSA fills in the rest — company name, address, and authority details — so you don't have to key it all by hand. Running more than one authority? You can add up to 5 companies from the same account.
Add your MC number
On the onboarding screen, enter your 6-digit MC number (the field shows 000000 as a placeholder).
As you type, Numeo searches FMCSA in the background:
- If FMCSA finds a match, pick it from the suggestions dropdown and your company details autofill.
- If FMCSA returns nothing, you can type every field in manually — nothing is blocked.
Entering your MC number with FMCSA suggestions A short screen recording will be added here.
Verify your MC
You can confirm your MC any time from Settings → General, in the MC verification section. Verifying your authority keeps your company details accurate on invoices, tracking links, and broker-facing messages.
Run more than one MC
If you dispatch under more than one authority, you can add each as its own company:
- Add a company for each MC you run.
- Each MC has to be unique — Numeo won't let you add the same MC twice on one account.
- You can hold up to 5 companies on a single account.
Across the ongoing-loads board and other tables, you can filter by company or MC so you're only looking at the loads for one authority at a time.
A single combined view across all your companies for multi-MC stakeholders is coming soon. For now, filter by company where you need to.
Next steps
- Invite your team and set what each dispatcher can do.
- Start bringing loads in — see Importing loads: the five sources.
