When a broker emails you a rate confirmation, Numeo One reads it and builds the load for you. No copy-paste, no re-keying stops and rates. The load shows up on your board with the source Rate Confirmation, ready to assign.
How it works
Once your email is connected, Numeo watches for rate confirmations coming in:
- A broker sends you an RC by email.
- Numeo picks up the message and looks at the attachment.
- The AI recognizes it as a rate confirmation and reads out the details — broker, stops, rate, reference numbers.
- A new load is created on your board, geocoded and marked as Rate Confirmation.
Attachments that aren't rate confirmations are skipped — a random PDF that isn't an RC won't turn into a load.

Duplicate protection
Brokers resend. A confirmation gets forwarded, replied to, or sent twice — and you don't want two copies of the same load. Numeo guards against that automatically:
- It fingerprints each rate confirmation and checks it against what's already come in.
- If the same rate confirmation shows up again within a 24-hour window, Numeo skips it instead of creating a duplicate load.
You get one load per real rate confirmation, not one per email.
Reprocessing the same rate confirmation
Because of that duplicate protection, sending the exact same rate confirmation file again within the 24-hour window won't create a new load — Numeo treats it as the one it already handled.
If a load didn't come through the way you expected:
- Check the board first — the load may already be there under Rate Confirmation.
- If the details changed, the cleaner path is to update the existing load rather than resend the same file.
- If you genuinely need it re-read, wait out the window or reach out to support so it doesn't collide with the earlier copy.
Good to know
- Reading from email is the most hands-off way to get loads in — connect the inbox once and new RCs flow onto the board on their own.
- If a rate confirmation arrives somewhere Numeo isn't watching, you can still bring it in with File Upload.
