Managing multiple companies (multi-MC)

Run more than one authority from a single Numeo One account — add up to five companies and filter loads by MC.

3 min read

If you dispatch under more than one authority, you don't need a separate account for each. Numeo One lets you hold up to five companies on one account, each with its own MC, and keep their loads apart with a filter.

Add a company for each MC

Each authority you run becomes its own company under the same account.

  • Add a company for every MC you dispatch under.
  • Enter the MC and let FMCSA fill in that company's details, the same way it does for your first company. See Add your MC and company.
  • Every MC has to be unique — Numeo won't let you add the same MC twice on one account.
  • You can hold up to five companies in total.

Keep each authority's loads apart

Once you're running more than one company, your ongoing-loads board and other tables can be filtered so you only see the loads for one authority at a time.

  • Filter by company or MC to focus on a single authority.
  • Every load still shows which company it belongs to, so nothing gets mixed up.

See The ongoing loads board for the filters in context.

A single combined view is coming

Right now you work one authority at a time by filtering. A single view that rolls up loads across all your companies — for stakeholders who watch more than one MC — is on the way. For now, filter by company where you need the wider picture.
