Numeo One sends your drivers automatic status alerts over Telegram — so you're not calling every truck for an ETA. Turn on the alerts you want per load, and the system watches the truck and messages the driver when something changes.

Before you start
The location-based alerts (arrival, departure, idle, ELD offline) need a connected ELD — that's where live truck location and Hours of Service come from. Connect one first: see Connect your ELD. Alerts that don't depend on location, like the wakeup call or heavy load, work off the load's schedule and paperwork.
Where notifications live
Notification settings sit on each load. Open a load on the Ongoing Loads board and open its notification settings. Each alert is a checkbox with its own threshold — minutes, hours, or a weight. Turn on the ones that matter for that load. You can also set defaults so new loads start with your usual alerts already on.
The alerts you can turn on
Arrival and departure (needs ELD):
- Nearby Stop Detection — fires the moment the truck first enters the stop's geofence.
- Arrival Detection — fires once the truck has stayed inside the stop geofence for about 10 minutes, so a drive-by doesn't trigger it.
- Departure Detection — fires after the truck leaves the stop geofence.
Keeping drivers moving:
- Driver Wakeup Call — a reminder to the driver before a planned departure.
- Idle Time — when a truck sits stopped longer than your idle threshold (in minutes).
- Delays — when a load is running later than your delay threshold.
Equipment and load:
- ELD Offline Alert — messages the driver when their ELD stops reporting location. This one always goes to the driver only.
- Heavy Load Alert — when the BOL's total weight is over your threshold (default 42,000 lbs).
Getting paid for waiting:
- Detention Alert — a final notice with the total detention time when the truck departs after sitting in detention.
Good to know
- Every alert has its own threshold — set the minutes, hours, or weight that fit your operation.
- Send Update controls how often automatic status updates go out while a truck is in transit, in "Automated Updates" or "Semi-Automated Updates" mode.
- There are more alerts than the common ones above — Long Loading, Long Unloading, Speed Alert, Missing Paperwork (BOL or POD missing), and Safety Events (harsh braking, hard acceleration, crashes). Turn on what you need per load.
- Who each alert goes to — driver, dispatcher, broker, or a custom group — is a separate setting. See Notification recipients and templates.
