Instead of fielding "where's my truck?" calls, you can hand the broker a link. It shows them the load's live location, ETA, and shipment details in their browser — no Numeo account, no login. When the load wraps up, the link stops working on its own.
The tracking link modal for a load A product screenshot will be added here.
Generate the link
- Open the load on the ongoing-loads board.
- Generate a tracking link for it.
- Copy the link and send it to the broker however you already talk to them — email, text, or your load-assignment message.
Numeo confirms it plainly: "A secure tracking link has been generated for Load {id}. Share this link with the broker to provide real-time shipment visibility."
What the broker sees
The broker opens the link and gets a read-only view of the shipment — "live location updates, ETA information, and shipment details without requiring login." They can watch the truck move; they can't change anything or see the rest of your operation.
It's the same live feed you see internally (see Live tracking, ETA, and geofences) — just scoped to that one load.
The link expires on its own
The tracking link is tied to the load. When the load is completed or cancelled, the link auto-expires — so old links don't keep leaking location after the job is done. You don't have to remember to turn it off.
A broker's live tracking view A short screen recording will be added here.
Good to know
- Each link is per load. Working several loads with the same broker means several links.
- You can drop the tracking link straight into the message you send the driver's broker when you assign a load, so visibility goes out with the booking.
- Tracking-link sharing may depend on your plan — see the pricing page for what's included.
