Not every load arrives in a watched inbox. Sometimes you've got the rate confirmation as a PDF, and sometimes you've got no paperwork at all — just the details in your head. Numeo One covers both: upload the file and let the AI read it, or type the load in by hand.
Upload a rate confirmation or file
When the RC didn't come through a connected inbox, you can hand it to Numeo directly.
- Open the load import option and choose to upload a file.
- Pick the rate confirmation PDF or file from your computer.
- Numeo reads it the same way it reads emailed RCs and builds the load.
The load lands on your board with the source File Upload, geocoded and ready to assign.

Enter a load by hand
When there's no document at all, create the load yourself with Manual Entry:
- Start a new load and choose to enter it manually.
- Fill in the broker, the pickup and delivery stops, the rate, and any reference numbers.
- Save it — it shows up on the board tagged Manual Entry.
Manually entered stops are placed on the map just like every other source, so ETA and geofence tracking work right away.
Which one should I use?
- Have the RC as a file? Use File Upload so the AI does the typing.
- No paperwork at all? Use Manual Entry and key in the details.
