Run QuickManage? Bring your loads into Numeo One and dispatch them alongside the rest of your freight — tagged with the source TMS. This page covers QuickManage specifically; for the wider picture, see Connect an external TMS.
Connecting an external TMS may depend on your plan. See the pricing page for what's included.
Import the Customers Excel export
QuickManage loads come in through an Excel import:
- In QuickManage, export your Customers data as an Excel file.
- In Numeo One, open the load import options and choose the Excel import.
- Upload the file — Numeo reads the header row and figures out that it's a QuickManage export on its own, so you don't have to tell it which format it is.

Each imported load is geocoded and lands on your ongoing-loads board, ready to assign and track.
Bring your invoices too
Import a QuickManage invoices export and those come in as broker invoices, so your billing carries over with the loads.
Keep loads in sync
As with DITAT, Numeo can sync with QuickManage so your board stays current:
- Run a sync to pull the latest.
- Review before you apply — Numeo shows you what changed first.
- Apply the changes you want, and your loads update.

- Connect DITAT if you run that too.
- Connect an external TMS for the overview and sync details.
- Importing loads: the five sources.
