Numeo One FAQ

Quick answers on supported ELDs, plans and the free trial, the multi-company cap, whether you need an ELD, and how drivers get updates.

Short answers to the questions dispatchers ask most when they're getting started with Numeo One. For anything deeper, follow the links to the full article.

Which ELDs does Numeo One support?

Samsara, Motive, and 15+ more. If your drivers already run a device and portal for Hours of Service, there's a good chance it's on the list. See Connect your ELD, or browse the integrations directory for the current set.

Do I need an ELD to use Numeo One?

No. You can import loads, assign trucks and drivers, invoice, and run pay without one. Connecting an ELD is what turns on the automated side — live location, ETA, geofence arrival and departure, and Hours of Service. Without it you can still run loads and update status by hand.

What plans are there, and is there a free trial?

Numeo One is billed per truck in three plans — Basic, Pro, and Enterprise — and yes, there's a free trial. Start with "Get Started free". If there's no payment method on file when the trial ends, the subscription cancels on its own. See Plans, billing, and integrations and the pricing page.

How many companies (MCs) can I run in one account?

Up to 5 companies in one organization. Each needs its own MC — a duplicate MC is rejected. You can filter loads by company or MC across the board. See Managing multiple companies (multi-MC).

How do my drivers get updates?

Over Telegram. Drivers get their load assignment and automatic status updates there — no separate login to keep up with. Your internal team can be reached over Telegram or email. See Driver notifications over Telegram.
