Invoicing & factoring

Invoicing and getting paid

Create and send load invoices, track ageing, and submit to your factoring company for faster payment.

4 min read

Numeo One turns a completed load into an invoice you can send to the broker or push straight to your factoring company. Invoices live under Accounting.

Create and send an invoice

  1. Open a completed load's invoice under Accounting → Invoices.
  2. Check the line items, rate, and totals pulled from the load.
  3. Export the invoice as a PDF, or email it to the broker.

Invoice data is pulled from the load, so the rate, stops, and reference numbers carry over — you're checking, not re-typing.

Track what's owed

The Invoices page shows ageing, so you can see which invoices are current and which are past due at a glance. Sort and filter to work the oldest unpaid ones first.

Your remit address

Your invoice shows the remit-to address brokers should send payment to. Support for a custom remit address per invoice is rolling out — coming soon.

Submit to factoring

If you factor your invoices, connect your factoring company once and submit invoices to them from Numeo One:

  • Connect your provider from the setup checklist (Connect Factoring) or in settings. Supported providers include RTS, Triumph, PRO Funding, WEX, Stratopay, Outgo, and TAFS.
  • Submit an invoice for automatic submission and faster payment tracking.
  • Watch factoring status, filter, and add notes on the factoring dashboard under Accounting → Factoring.

OTR factoring is coming soon.
