FACTORING
Factoring, from the bid to the deposit.
Box-truck margins don’t survive an invoice your factor won’t buy. Numeo checks the broker before anyone bids, then files the paperwork after the load delivers.
- Check the broker before you bid
- Every load carries its factoring status. When your factor won’t buy that broker’s invoice — “No Buy — Denied For Purchases” — the dispatcher sees it before sending a bid, not after delivery.
- Filter out brokers you can’t fund
- Set your factoring provider and a minimum grade, and loads from brokers below it never reach the list — including while Numeo searches unattended.
- Auto-submit the invoice after delivery
- Numeo reads the BOL and POD, checks them against the rate confirmation, builds the invoice packet and submits it to your factoring company — then reconciles the deposit back to the load.
