Numeo One connects to the tools you already run — your ELD, factoring company, fuel and toll cards, trailer GPS, and another TMS. The full list lives in the integrations directory, and you connect each one from Settings. This article walks the categories and what turning each on does for you.
The categories
The directory is grouped the same way the in-product Settings are:
- ELD — Samsara, Motive, and 15+ more.
- Factoring — RTS, Triumph, PRO Funding, WEX, Stratopay, Outgo, TAFS, and others.
- Toll & Fuel — BestPass, PrePass, and Relay Payments.
- Trailer GPS — Phillips Connect and other trailer telematics.
- Account Integrations — connect a DITAT or QuickManage TMS account.
What each turns on
Each connection lights up a different part of Numeo One:
- ELD turns on live tracking, the fleet map, ETA, geofence arrival and departure, and Hours of Service. It's the connection most of the tracking features run on. See Connect your ELD.
- Factoring lets you submit invoices automatically and track payment. See Connect your factoring company.
- Toll & Fuel brings toll costs into pay and accounting and feeds fuel-card reconciliation. See Fuel tracking and reconciliation.
- Trailer GPS adds trailer location on top of the truck's ELD feed.
- Account Integrations mirror dispatch and loads from another TMS. See Connect an external TMS (DITAT, QuickManage).
Connect one
- Open Settings and find the integration category.
- Pick the provider from the list.
- Enter the account credentials or details it asks for to link it.
Connecting an ELD and your factoring company are the first two cards on your setup checklist, so they're worth doing early.
Good to know
- Accounting software connects here too — see Connect QuickBooks.
- The set of live providers can change as we add more; the integrations directory always shows the current list.
- Some integrations may depend on your plan — check the pricing page.
