Numeo One is built for a team, so you decide what each person can see and do. Give your dispatchers the day-to-day tools they need, keep the sensitive areas for the people who own them, and pick where your team's alerts land.
Set what each teammate can do
When you invite someone from Settings → Team, you choose their access. The idea is simple: people should only be able to touch what their job needs.
- Give dispatchers the day-to-day tools — the board, the scheduler, tracking, and driver messaging.
- Keep the more sensitive areas, like billing, restricted to the people who own them.
You set this when you invite a teammate, and it takes effect as soon as they accept. See Invite and manage your team for the invite flow.
The internal-team notification channel
Your team's operational alerts — delays, arrivals, and the rest — go to one shared channel. Choose how your internal team receives them:
- Telegram — instant messages to your team's Telegram.
- Email — the same alerts to an inbox instead.
This channel is only for your own dispatchers. Driver-facing and broker-facing messages are set separately on each load — see Driver notifications on Telegram.
The roles you can assign
Access is set when you invite a teammate. Numeo One has three built-in roles:
- Admins have full access, including billing and settings.
- Dispatchers manage loads — the board, scheduler, tracking, and driver messaging.
- Viewers have read-only access — they can see loads but not change anything.
Need something more specific? Admins can create custom roles under Settings → Roles.
Next steps
- Add another company if you dispatch under more than one MC.
- Start importing loads so your team has something to work.
