Already running another TMS? You don't have to start from scratch. Numeo One connects to DITAT and QuickManage, so your existing trips and invoices come across and land on the same board as everything else — tagged with the source TMS.
Connecting an external TMS may depend on your plan. See the pricing page for what's included.
Providers you can connect
Numeo One imports from these external systems today:
- DITAT
- QuickManage
You'll find them in the load import options, alongside Amazon Relay.
Import by file
The most direct way to bring loads over is to export from your current system and import the file into Numeo:
- DITAT trips / shipments — export the trips or shipments CSV from DITAT and import it. Numeo reads the export and creates the loads.
- QuickManage customers / Data Truck — import the Excel export. Numeo sniffs the header row and figures out which export it is, so you don't have to tell it.

Bring your invoices too
You can also import an invoices export from DITAT, QuickManage, or Data Truck. Those come in as broker invoices, so your billing picks up where your old system left off.
Keep loads in sync
Beyond a one-time file import, Numeo can sync with the connected provider so loads stay current as they change on the other side:
- Run a sync to pull the latest from the provider.
- Numeo shows you what it found so you can review before you apply — nothing gets pushed onto your board blindly.
- Apply the changes you want, and your loads update.
Good to know
- Imported loads behave like any other Numeo load once they're on the board — geocoded, filterable by company or MC, and ready to assign and track.
- Not sure a provider fits your export? Reach out to support before a big import and we'll point you at the right file.
For Amazon Relay specifically, see Import Amazon Relay loads. For all the ways loads come in, see Importing loads: the five sources.
