IFTA mileage and fuel reports

Generate IFTA from your ELD mileage and connected fuel data, and delete or regenerate a report when the numbers change.

4 min read

IFTA needs two things: how far you drove in each jurisdiction and how much fuel you bought. Numeo One already has both — mileage from your connected ELD and fuel from your fuel provider — so quarterly filing isn't a manual spreadsheet you rebuild every three months.

Where the numbers come from

Numeo pulls the two IFTA inputs from systems you're already running:

  • Mileage comes from your connected ELD — for example, TT ELD mileage feeds straight in.
  • Fuel comes from your connected fuel provider — for example, EFS fuel data.

Because both feeds are already in Numeo, the report is built from the same live data that runs your tracking and pay, not from numbers you re-key.

Generate a report

  1. Open the IFTA report for the quarter you're filing.
  2. Numeo assembles mileage by jurisdiction and fuel from your connected providers.
  3. Review the totals and use them for your filing.

Delete and regenerate

Numbers shift — a late fuel transaction lands, or a load's mileage is corrected. When the underlying data changes, you can delete a generated IFTA report and regenerate it so the report reflects the corrected figures. You're never stuck with a stale report you have to work around.
