The ongoing loads board

Your live board of running loads — filter by company or broker, read each load's status, and watch loads move from En Route to Completed.

3 min read

The ongoing loads board is your live view of everything on the road. Every assigned load shows up here with its current status, and it updates itself as trucks move — so a glance tells you what's en route, what's sitting at a stop, and what's done.

Read a load's status

Each load carries a status that walks through the trip:

En Route → Arrived → Completed

Numeo sets these automatically from the truck's geofence — "Arrived" once it's held a stop for 10 minutes, "Completed" when the load wraps — or you can set a status by hand. For the full mechanics, see Live tracking, ETA, and geofences.

Filter the board

When the board is full, filters get you to the loads you care about:

  • Company / MC — if you run more than one authority, filter to just one so you're only looking at its loads.
  • Broker — keep preferred and blocked broker lists so the brokers you work with (and the ones you don't) are easy to spot and sort.

Where loads come from

Loads land on the board once they're assigned on the scheduler. See Using the scheduler and dispatch board for assigning trucks and drivers.

Coming soon

A couple of board upgrades are rolling out:

  • Column controls — show and hide columns so the board matches how you dispatch.
  • Dark mode for the board.

If you don't see these yet, they're on the way.

Good to know

  • The board is live — status changes and locations update on their own as your ELD reports in, so you don't have to refresh to see the latest.
