Getting started with Numeo One

What Numeo One is — an AI TMS that runs booking to payments in one workspace — and the checklist to set it up.

3 min read

Numeo One is an AI-native TMS for carriers. It runs your operation from booking to payments in one workspace — import loads, assign trucks and drivers, track live, message drivers, and invoice and get paid. No jumping between a load board, a spreadsheet, and three other tools.

What Numeo One does

Once you're set up, the day's work lives in one place:

  • Import loads from your email, a file, an external TMS, Amazon Relay, or by hand. See Importing loads: the five sources.
  • Assign and dispatch trucks and drivers on the scheduler and the ongoing-loads board.
  • Track live with ETA, geofence arrival and departure, and a login-free tracking link you can share with a broker.
  • Message drivers with Telegram and email alerts — delays, arrivals, wakeup calls, and more.
  • Bill and get paid with invoicing, driver and contractor pay, and factoring submission.

The AI does the repetitive first pass — reading rate confirmations, updating status, following up. You stay in control and make the call.

Set up your account

After you create your account at agent.numeo.ai, a short setup checklist walks you through the essentials. Work through it in order:

  1. Add your MC number. FMCSA fills in your company details for you. See Add your MC and company.
  2. Connect ELD. Link Samsara, Motive, AT ELD, or another ELD to get live truck locations and Hours of Service data.
  3. Connect Factoring. Link your factoring company for automatic invoice submission and faster payment tracking.
  4. Invite Teammate. Bring your dispatchers in and set what each can do. See Invite and manage your team.

You don't have to finish all of it before you start booking — but ELD and factoring are what turn on live tracking and faster payments, so they're worth doing early.
