Numeo One is built for a dispatch team, not just one seat. Invite your dispatchers, decide what each person can do, and pick where your team's alerts land — Telegram or email — so everyone sees the same loads and the same updates.
Invite a teammate
You can invite people from the setup checklist (Invite Teammate) or any time from Settings → Team.
- Open Settings → Team.
- Enter your teammate's email and send the invite.
- They accept, create a login, and land in the same workspace with your loads, trucks, and drivers.

Choose what each teammate can do
When you invite someone, you set their access so they only touch what they should. Give dispatchers the day-to-day tools they need, and keep the more sensitive areas — like billing — for the people who own them.
Access is set per teammate — Admin (full access), Dispatcher (manages loads), or Viewer (read-only).
Set your team notification channel
Numeo One can send your team's operational alerts — delays, arrivals, and the rest of the driver and load notifications — to one shared channel. Choose how your internal team gets them:
- Telegram — instant messages to your team's Telegram.
- Email — alerts to an inbox instead.
Driver-facing and broker-facing messages are separate from this — the team channel is just where your own dispatchers get notified. You can fine-tune which alerts fire and who receives each one in the load notification settings.
