Every load on the board carries a status that tells you where it is in the trip. This page explains what each status means and how Numeo One decides to set it.
The three statuses
A load walks through the same three stages, in order:
En Route → Arrived → Completed
- En Route — the load is moving toward its next stop.
- Arrived — the truck has reached a stop and settled there (it held the stop's geofence for 10 minutes).
- Completed — the load is finished.
How a status gets set
A status can change in three ways, and each one is recorded so you always know which happened:
- Automatically, from the geofence — the common case. The truck crossing and holding a stop's geofence moves the load to Arrived, and so on. See Geofence arrival and departure detection.
- On a schedule — Numeo can advance status against the load's planned schedule.
- By hand — you set the status yourself when you need to override the board or when tracking can't call it.
Because every change records how it happened, a glance tells you whether the board updated itself or someone touched it.
Good to know
- You can always set a status manually, even on a load that's tracking automatically — the manual set takes over.
