Numeo One draws a circle around every stop and watches the truck cross it. That's how a load marks itself arrived and departed without you calling the driver to ask.

The stop geofence
Every stop on a load gets a geofence — a 1-mile radius around the stop location. Numeo compares the truck's live position to that circle continuously and reacts as the truck crosses in and out.
The three detection events
Numeo watches for three things at each stop:
- Nearby Stop Detection — fires the moment the truck first crosses into the geofence. It's your heads-up that the truck is close.
- Arrival Detection — fires after the truck has stayed inside the geofence for at least 10 minutes.
- Departure Detection — fires once the truck leaves the geofence.
Why arrival waits 10 minutes
The 10-minute dwell filters out a truck that's just passing by or caught at a light near the stop. Making the truck settle for a few minutes means "Arrived" actually means arrived, not "drove past."
On the load, a "Geofence" countdown shows how long the truck has been sitting inside the stop before arrival is confirmed — so you can watch it count down.

How the status changes
As the truck crosses these boundaries, the load's status moves through En Route → Arrived → Completed. Numeo can set those from the geofence automatically, on a schedule, or you can set one by hand — and every change records which way it happened. For the full breakdown, see Load statuses explained.
Turn detections into alerts
