If you keep your books in QuickBooks, Numeo One connects to it so your accounting doesn't live in two places. Connect QuickBooks Online and your invoicing and accounting flow through to QuickBooks. QuickBooks Desktop support is on the way.
What you can connect today
- QuickBooks Online — connect it from Settings to sync your Numeo One accounting.
- QuickBooks Desktop — coming soon. If Desktop is what you run, reach out to support so we can flag you when it's ready.
Connect QuickBooks Online
- Open Settings and find the QuickBooks connection.
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account to authorize the link.
- Confirm the connection, and your accounting starts flowing through.
Once it's linked, the invoicing and accounting you already do in Numeo One carries over to QuickBooks, so you're not re-entering the same numbers in two systems.
