Every load in Numeo One comes in through one of five sources. Whichever you use, the load lands on the same board — with the pickup and delivery already placed on the map — ready to assign and track.
The five load sources
- Rate Confirmation — the AI reads the rate confirmation straight from your connected email and builds the load for you. This is the hands-off path. See Rate confirmation email extraction.
- File Upload — you upload a rate confirmation PDF or file yourself, and the AI reads it the same way. See Upload or create a load manually.
- TMS — loads sync in from an external TMS you already run, like DITAT or QuickManage. See Connect an external TMS.
- Amazon Relay — your Relay trips come onto the board and stay in sync. See Import Amazon Relay loads.
- Manual Entry — you type a load in by hand when there's no document to read. See Upload or create a load manually.
Each load shows its source, so you always know where it came from.
Every source lands on the same board
No matter how a load gets in, it behaves the same once it's there:
- It's geocoded — pickup and delivery are placed on the map, so ETA and geofence tracking work right away.
- It shows up on your ongoing-loads board, where you filter by company or MC and assign a truck and driver.
Which source should I use?
- Most of your loads arrive by email? Connect your inbox and let Rate Confirmation do the work.
- Got the RC as a PDF but not in a watched inbox? Use File Upload.
- Already running DITAT, QuickManage, or Amazon Relay? Connect it and let loads sync in.
- No paperwork at all? Use Manual Entry.
