Run Amazon Relay? Bring those trips into Numeo One so they sit on the same board as the rest of your freight — assigned, tracked, and billed the same way. Relay loads come in tagged with the source Amazon Relay and keep a link back to the trip in Relay.
Bringing in Amazon Relay loads may depend on your plan. See the pricing page for what's included.
Import your trips
Amazon Relay is one of the providers in the load import options, next to DITAT and QuickManage.
- Open the load import option and choose Amazon Relay.
- Your Relay trips come across as loads on the board.
- Each load is geocoded and carries a booking link back to the trip on relay.amazon.com, so you can jump to Relay when you need to.

Keep them synced
Relay trips change — pickups shift, stops update. Sync keeps your board current so you're dispatching against the real trip, not a stale copy. Run a sync to pull the latest, review what changed, and apply it.
Live Relay board search
Bringing trips onto the board is about running loads you've already got. If you're searching the live Amazon Relay board to find and grab trips, that happens in the Numeo Chrome extension, which layers onto Relay itself — separate from the TMS board but working alongside it.
Next steps
- See every way loads come in: Importing loads: the five sources.
- Running another TMS too? Connect DITAT or QuickManage.
