Every load carries paperwork — the bill of lading (BOL) at pickup, the proof of delivery (POD) at the end. Numeo One keeps that paperwork with the load, flags when a required document is missing, and reads the BOL weight so you know when a load is heavy.
Paperwork on a load
The documents for a load — like the BOL and POD — live with the load itself, so the whole trip's paperwork stays in one place instead of scattered across your inbox.
Missing-paperwork detection
You don't have to remember which loads are still missing a document. Numeo can watch for it and let you know.
- The Missing Paperwork alert fires when a required document — like the BOL or POD — is missing for a load.
- Turn it on per load and route it wherever you want, alongside your other alerts. See Driver notifications on Telegram.
BOL weight and the Heavy Load Alert
Numeo reads the total weight off the BOL, which feeds the Heavy Load Alert.
- When a load's total BOL weight goes over your threshold — 42,000 lbs by default — the Heavy Load Alert fires.
- Adjust the threshold to match how you want to be warned about heavy freight.
Good to know
Deeper AI reading of load documents — recognizing and checking paperwork automatically — is in the works. For now, Numeo keeps the paperwork on the load, flags what's missing, and reads the BOL weight as described above.
