Numeo Spot shows each broker's factoring and credit status right on the load board, so you know who's likely to pay before you reach out. Connect your factoring company once, and the status rides along on the row — no separate tab, no re-checking each MC by hand.

Connect your factoring company
You connect your provider by signing in to it the way you already do. Spot picks up that session and starts showing status on the board.
- Open your factoring provider's site and log in as usual.
- Spot captures the connection from that session — nothing to copy or paste.
- Broker status starts appearing on the board for the loads you're looking at.
Providers Spot works with today: RTS, Triumph, WEX, PRO Funding (WinFactor), GSquared, Compass, TAFS, HaulPay, OTR Solutions, Engaged Financial, and ArtisPro.
Read the status
The letters depend on which provider you connected, since each factor uses its own labels. A couple of common patterns:
- Triumph —
A= Approved,D= Denied,N= No Buy,?= Unknown. - Others —
B= Buy,CF= Call First,NB= No Buy.
A No Buy is the one to slow down on: it means the factor won't buy that broker's invoices — often a fraud-risk flag, not just a slow payer. Treat it as "don't book without checking further."
What broker trust is built from
Spot doesn't have a separate "verify" button, and it isn't doing an FMCSA lookup for you. A broker's trustworthiness comes from two things you can see on the board:
- Factoring and credit status — the letters above, straight from your connected factor.
- DAT's own signals — whether the broker is a verified owner, how old their authority is, and the peer rating other carriers give that MC.
Put together, that's your read on a broker before you spend a call or an email on them. If the factoring status is clean and the DAT signals line up, you're in good shape. If a No Buy shows up, or the authority is brand new with no rating, that's your cue to dig before you book.
Next steps
- Run the numbers with the profit calculator so the rate is worth the risk.
- Once a broker checks out, email them in one click from the load.
