When you want to work a lane fast, you don't have to email brokers one at a time. From the Recent tab, Spot lets you send to several brokers in one pass — one message, one send.
Bulk email runs from the Recent tab, which is a Pro feature and works on DAT only. See the pricing page.
Send a bulk email
- Open the Recent tab in the side panel over a DAT search. It lists brokers from your booking history for the current origin.
- Filter and sort the list down to the brokers you want to reach.
- Open the bulk email option to compose to them all at once.
- Pick a template, review, and send.
Each email goes out through your connected mailbox with your signature — the same as a single broker email.

When to use it
Bulk email is for a warm list — brokers who've booked you on this origin before. Post to a lane you run often, pull up the brokers who've paid you, and hit them all in one send instead of cold-emailing the whole board.
Good to know
- Bulk email lives in the Recent tab, so it's DAT-only and hidden on Truckstop.
- Template variables still fill in per send, so each broker gets the right lane details.
- On the Free plan, daily email limits still apply; Pro removes the cap. See pricing.
