When you're ready to talk numbers, you can call the broker right from the load — no digging the number out of the posting and pasting it into another app. Numeo Spot gives you a few ways to dial, so you can use whatever phone setup you already have.
Your calling options
On a load, Spot lets you place the call through any of these:
- Call — a plain phone dial (
tel:). Opens the load's number in whatever your computer uses to make calls. - Google Voice — dials through your Google Voice line.
- Ring Central Web — click-to-dial through RingCentral in your browser. This is the deep integration (see below).
- Zoom — places the call through Zoom.
Pick the one that matches how you already make calls. Nothing to copy, nothing to retype.
Connect RingCentral for click-to-dial
RingCentral is the one that hooks in most closely. Once it's connected, you can click a broker's number and RingCentral places the call in your browser — no separate app, no dialing by hand.
To connect it:
- Open the Numeo Spot popup from the toolbar icon.
- Go to the VoIP tab.
- Sign in to RingCentral to link your account.
After that, the Ring Central Web option dials for you whenever you're working a load. Spot will show you when the connection is live, and flag it if the call is blocked or the link drops.

Before you call
A quick check before you dial saves a wasted call:
- Look at the factoring and credit status on the row so you already know how the broker sits.
- Have the profit, RPM, and deadhead in front of you so you can talk rate with real numbers.
- Prefer to reach out in writing first? Email the broker in one click and call as the follow-up.
