Click the Numeo Spot icon in your Chrome toolbar and a small popup opens. It's the lightweight companion to the side panel — quick to check, and where you sign in and connect calling.

Before you sign in
When you're signed out, the popup shows a short welcome:
- The heading "Welcome to Numeo Spot"
- The line "Please log in to access all features."
- A single "Login/Signup" button
Clicking Login/Signup opens the web onboarding tab, where you create your account and connect your mailbox. For the walkthrough, see sign in and connect your email.
After you sign in
Once you're signed in, the popup opens to its main tab. From here the real work happens over the board itself — open your DAT or Truckstop board and the toolbar and side panel take over.
The VoIP tab — connect RingCentral
The popup also holds a VoIP tab for setting up click-to-dial. This is where you connect RingCentral, Spot's deeper calling integration, so you can dial a broker straight from a load. Full steps are in call brokers with RingCentral.
Good to know
- The popup is intentionally minimal — think of it as the on-ramp. Day-to-day, you'll live in the side panel and the on-board toolbar.
