If you work more than one mailbox — a personal address, a company address, a lane-specific one — Numeo Spot lets you connect them all and pick which one sends. You choose per DAT search, so the right address goes out on the right loads.
Connect another mailbox
You connected your first mailbox when you signed in. To add more, connect each one the same way — with send access — from the toolbar's Connect Email. Spot supports several mailboxes on one account.
Pick the sender per search
Use the Search Email selector on the on-board toolbar to choose which mailbox sends for the DAT search you're working.
- Primary email — your default sender across searches.
- Per-search override — switch the sender for the current DAT search without changing your default. The next search can use a different one.
This keeps company loads going out from the company address and everything else from wherever it belongs — without you having to remember to switch inboxes.

CC
You can CC another address on broker emails — loop in a partner, a second desk, or your own records without a separate send.
Good to know
- The sender you pick applies to emails you send from that search, including from your templates.
- Every send still goes through the review step — you'll see the from-address before it goes out.
