When you post to a lane you've run before, the brokers who've already booked you are your warmest leads. The Recent tab pulls those brokers up from your booking history for the origin you're searching — so you can go straight back to the ones who've paid you instead of cold-emailing the whole board.
Recent is a Pro feature and works on DAT only. See the pricing page for what's included.
What the Recent tab shows
Open the Recent tab in the side panel over a DAT search. It lists brokers you've booked from the current origin — the same starting city you're searching right now. Change the origin and the list changes with it.
If you haven't booked out of that origin before, you'll see:
Hmm… no bookings history from this origin
Try to adjust the origin.
That just means there's no history for that exact starting point yet — try a nearby origin you've run.
Filter and sort the list
Use Filter & Sort to narrow the brokers down:
- Start date and end date — limit the list to bookings in a date range.
- Ascending / descending — order the list oldest-first or newest-first.
Handy when you want the brokers you've worked with most recently, or want to pull up a specific stretch of time.
Reach out
From the list you can:
- Compose to one broker — open an email to a single broker, with your templates and signature ready to go.
- Bulk email — send to several brokers from the list at once, so you can hit the whole warm list for a lane in one pass.
Everything goes out through your connected mailbox, the same as a normal broker email.
Good to know
- Recent is hidden on Truckstop — it shows on DAT searches only.
- The list is tied to the origin you're searching, not the destination.
