If the Numeo toolbar or side panel isn't there, it's almost always the host, a stale tab, or the browser. Work down this list in order.
Check you're on a supported board
Spot's full toolbar and side panel only load on:
- DAT — one.dat.com, truckersedge.dat.com, one.dashboard.dat.com
- Truckstop — main.truckstop.com
On other broker and carrier portals, Spot pulls loads in the background but doesn't paint the full toolbar. See Supported boards and portals for the complete list.
Reload the tab
Spot auto-updates. If a board tab was open while an update landed, the old version can hang around — refresh the tab to load the current one.
Confirm it's enabled and pinned
Open Chrome's extensions menu and make sure Numeo Spot is enabled and pinned to the toolbar. See Install Numeo Spot.
Make sure you're signed in
The side panel needs you signed in to show its tabs. If you're stuck at the login step, see Can't sign in.
Use Google Chrome
Spot uses Chrome's built-in side panel. Browsers other than Chrome don't all support that side panel the same way, so it may not open. Use Chrome for the full experience.
Missing tabs on Truckstop are normal
Load Radar and Recent are DAT-only, so they don't appear on Truckstop by design. Not seeing them there isn't a bug.
