Emailing brokers

Email templates and signature

Build reusable broker email templates with load variables, and set one signature that rides on every email you send from Numeo Spot.

4 min read

If you send the same broker email fifty times a day, write it once. Numeo Spot lets you save email templates with variables that fill in from the load, plus one signature that's added to everything you send.

Create a template

Open the Templates tab in the side panel to build and edit your templates.

  1. Open Templates.
  2. Create a template and write your message.
  3. Drop in variables where the load details go — they fill in automatically when you email a broker from that load.
  4. Save it. Next time you email a broker, pick the template and it's ready.

Variables you can use include:

  • {{origin_city}} — the load's origin
  • {{date}} — the pickup date
  • {{mc}} — the broker's MC number
  • {{company}} — the broker company

Write the template once with the variables in place, and every email comes out filled in for that specific load — no copy-paste, no retyping the lane.

Set your signature

Your signature — or email footer — is set once and shared across all your templates. It's not per-template: update it in one place and every email you send carries it.

  • Use the footer editor to write your signature and format it the way you want.
  • Upload your logo so it shows in the footer.
  • The signature is appended to every broker email you send from Spot.

Good to know

  • Template count — the Free plan includes a set number of templates. Pro raises the limit so you can keep a template for every lane and situation. See the pricing page.
  • Where they're used — templates and your signature apply when you email a broker from a load.
