Blacklist brokers and MCs

Blacklist brokers you never want to work with — Spot flags their loads on the board, and Load Radar can skip their alerts.

2 min read

Some brokers you just don't want to deal with again — a bad experience, a No Buy, a lane that never works out. Numeo Spot gives you two ways to keep them out of your way: a broker blacklist that flags their loads right on the board, and a separate Load Radar filter that skips their alerts.

Blacklist a broker from the board

Open a broker's load and blacklist them in one tap. From then on, Spot flags that broker's loads on your DAT or Truckstop board — their rows carry a blacklist marker (a badge and a subtle border) so you spot them at a glance and steer clear. Un-blacklist them the same way.

  • It works on the broker, so the flag holds across lanes.
  • The blacklist is shared across your company — once someone marks a broker, your whole team sees the flag.

Skip a broker's Load Radar alerts

Load Radar has its own Broker MC blacklist field. Type the MC numbers you never want alerts for, and Radar skips loads from those brokers — so a broker you've written off won't wake up your phone.

This is separate from the board blacklist above: the board flag marks brokers visually as you browse, while the Radar field suppresses notifications for the MC numbers you list.

Good to know

  • Both work on the broker's MC number, so they hold even if the broker posts different lanes.
  • Blacklisting is your own do-not-work list — to judge a broker you don't know yet, use factoring status and broker trust signals.
  • To hide loads by geography or numbers rather than by broker, use smart filters.
