To use Numeo Spot you sign in once, then connect the mailbox you send broker emails from. After that, emailing a broker is one click from the load.
Sign in
Open the Numeo Spot side panel and you'll see Login to your account. You have three ways in:
- Email and password — enter your Numeo email and password, then Login. Forgot it? Use Forgot Password?.
- Continue with Google — for Gmail / Google Workspace accounts.
- Continue with Microsoft — for Outlook / Microsoft 365 accounts.
If you already have a Numeo account (from the app or the web), use the same login here — Spot syncs your account automatically.
Connect your email
The first time you sign up, Spot asks to connect your mailbox with send access so it can send broker emails on your behalf from your own address. Choose Google or Microsoft and approve the connection.
- Your signature and templates ride along on every email you send.
- You can connect more than one mailbox and choose which one sends per search — see Send from multiple inboxes.

If sign-in doesn't work
- Created your account with Google or Microsoft? Email and password won't work — use the Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft button instead.
- Account created in the mobile app — mobile sign-ups don't have a password yet. Use Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft, or set a password with Forgot Password?, then log in.
