Where private loads come from
Private loads are served through agent.numeo.ai, the same Numeo service that keeps your Spot sign-in in sync. Because you're already signed in, the private board rides along with your public search — no extra account to set up.
Working a private load
Private loads sit next to your other results, so you work them the same way you work any load:
- Check the broker with a factoring and credit check.
- Run the rate through the profit calculator.
- Email the broker in one click or call from the board.

- Private loads come through agent.numeo.ai — one of the sites Spot runs on. If they're not appearing, confirm you're signed in.
- Availability of private freight varies by lane and over time — treat it as extra coverage on top of the public boards, not a replacement.
