Numeo Spot sends broker emails from your own mailbox — not a Numeo relay — so replies land in your inbox and brokers see your name. To do that, Spot needs send access to your email. Most people set this up once, at signup.
Connect at signup
When you first sign up, Spot connects your mailbox with send access as part of onboarding. That's the permission that lets Spot send a broker email straight from your address.
You can connect using:
- Continue with Google — for Gmail and Google Workspace.
- Continue with Microsoft — for Outlook.
- Email and password, then connect your mailbox.
If you already had an account and just signed in, your mailbox stays exactly as it was — signing in doesn't touch it.
Add another mailbox
You're not limited to one address. Spot supports multiple mailboxes on one account — a personal address, a company address, a lane-specific one. Add each the same way, with send access, from the toolbar's Connect Email. Then you can pick which one sends per search.

Why send access matters
Because the email goes out from your address, not a shared one:
- Brokers reply to you directly.
- Your signature rides on every send.
- Every email still passes a review step before it leaves.
Good to know
- New users connect at signup; existing users are already connected from before.
- If broker emails stop going out, the mailbox connection may need refreshing — reconnect from Connect Email. See Emails not sending.
