Finding loads
- Search a load on more boardsBeginnerOne click on More Loads searches the load you're looking at across 15+ other loadboards, sorted by rate per mile.
- Read your Load Hub resultsIntermediateHow to read the aggregated cross-board list in Load Hub — the sortable RPM column and expandable rows with the trip-schedule calculator.
- Set up Load RadarIntermediateLoad Radar watches your DAT search around the clock and forwards matching loads straight to your Telegram or email.
- Load Radar notification channelsIntermediateChoose where Load Radar sends matches — connect Telegram, add email addresses, or turn on push through the Numeo mobile app.
- Clean up your board with smart filtersIntermediateHide loads you'd never take — wrong country, wrong states, duplicates — and filter the board down to loads worth your time.
- Drop Loads and Auto-refreshBeginnerTwo on-board toolbar controls — Drop Loads clears loads you've ruled out, and Auto-refresh keeps the board current on its own.
- Numeo private loadsIntermediateSee Numeo's private board — loads served through agent.numeo.ai — alongside the public boards you already search.
Vetting brokers & loads
- Factoring and credit checksIntermediateConnect your factoring company once and see each broker's credit and factoring status right on the load board.
- Connect your factoring companyIntermediateConnect a factoring provider once by signing in on its site — Spot captures the session and starts showing broker credit status on the board.
- Read factoring status labelsIntermediateWhat the broker status letters mean across providers — Triumph's A/D/N/?, the common B/CF/NB pattern, and the No Buy fraud-risk flag.
- Broker trust signalsIntermediateThe non-factoring signals Spot surfaces on a broker — DAT verified owner, authority age, and the peer rating shown by MC.
- Blacklist brokers and MCsIntermediateBlacklist brokers you never want to work with — Spot flags their loads on the board, and Load Radar can skip their alerts.
- See profit, RPM, and deadhead per loadBeginnerNumeo Spot shows a load's real profit, RPM, and deadhead using your own truck's numbers, before you reach out to the broker.
- Toll costs and route viewIntermediateAdd real toll costs and a Google Maps route to any load, with hazmat routing and hazmat toll options.
- Hazmat tolls and routingPower userTurn on hazmat auto-route and hazmat tolls so a load's route and toll math reflect hazmat restrictions.
Emailing brokers
- Connect your mailbox to sendIntermediateConnect your email with send access so broker replies come straight to you — set at signup, with Google or Microsoft, and add more mailboxes anytime.
- Email the broker from the loadBeginnerSend a broker email in one click from the load — from your own mailbox, with your signature, and a review step before anything goes out.
- Email templates and signatureIntermediateBuild reusable broker email templates with load variables, and set one signature that rides on every email you send from Numeo Spot.
- Your email signature and footerIntermediateSet one signature that rides on every broker email — a rich footer editor with your logo, shared across all your templates.
- Email template variablesIntermediateA reference for the load variables you can drop into broker email templates — origin, date, MC, and company — so each email fills in per load.
- Send from multiple inboxesPower userConnect more than one mailbox and choose which address sends per DAT search — a primary sender, per-search overrides, and CC.
- Email multiple brokers at oncePower userSend the same broker email to a whole warm list in one pass with the bulk email option in the Recent tab.
- Reach brokers you've booked beforeIntermediateThe Recent tab surfaces brokers from your booking history on the current origin so you can go back to the ones who've paid you.
