Some dispatchers run more than one company under a single Numeo account. If that's you, Spot lets you switch which company is active so your work lands under the right one.
Switch the active company
If your account manages multiple companies, use Spot's company switcher to pick which one you're working as. It switches the active company context — the MC/DOT and company details — so your work lands under the right one.
Good to know
- Only accounts set up with more than one company see the switcher. If you run a single company, there's nothing to switch.
- Each company can have its own mailbox — pair the switcher with sending from multiple inboxes so the right sender goes out for the right company.
- Your email signature is tied to your user, so double-check it reads right for the company you've switched to.
