Factoring status shows on the board only while Spot has a live session with your provider. When those blanks appear, the fix is usually a quick reconnect.
Why status goes blank
When you connect a factoring company, Spot signs in on the provider's site once and captures that session — that's what reads each broker's status onto the board. Provider sessions don't last forever. When one expires, the status column goes quiet until you sign in again.
Reconnect your provider
- Open the side panel and go to where you connect factoring (see Connect a factoring company).
- Sign in to your provider again so Spot can capture a fresh session.
- Return to the board — broker status should populate again.
Good to know
- One provider can go stale without touching the others. If only some brokers show status, reconnect the provider that's blank.
- Status is keyed to the broker's MC. If a row still shows nothing after you reconnect, check the load actually has an MC on it.
- For what the labels mean once they're back — Triumph's A/D/N/?, and the B/CF/NB set others use — see Factoring status labels.
