A DAT board fills up with loads you'd never book — the wrong country, states you don't run, duplicate postings. Numeo Spot's smart filters strip those out so what's left is loads worth a look. Everything here lives in the on-board toolbar, right where you're already working.
Hide loads with the Ignore dropdown
Open the Ignore dropdown in the toolbar to hide whole groups of loads at once:
- Canada and Mexico — hide loads from either country.
- US states — hide any states you don't run.
- NYC & Long Island areas — hide those specific areas.
Toggle a group on and its loads drop out of view. Turn it back off any time to bring them back.
Hide duplicates
Flip the Hide duplicates toggle to collapse repeat postings of the same load, so you're not scrolling past the same lane three times.
Filter down to loads worth your time
Set numeric filters to keep only loads that clear your bar:
- Max Miles — longest trip you'll take.
- Max Deadhead — furthest you'll drive empty to the pickup.
- Min Rate — lowest total rate.
- Min RPM — lowest rate per mile.
- Min Weight / Max Weight — the weight range you can haul.
- Exclude States — leave out specific states.
Loads that don't meet what you set drop off the board.
Drop Loads and Auto-refresh
Two more toolbar controls help you keep a clean, current board:
- Drop Loads — remove loads from the active board so you can clear out ones you've already worked or ruled out.
- Auto-refresh — keep the board refreshing on its own so new loads show up without you reloading.
Good to know
- These filters clean up the board you're on. To watch a lane in the background and get pinged on matches instead, set up Load Radar (Pro, DAT-only).
