RingCentral is the deepest of Spot's calling options. Connect it once and you can click a broker's number to dial straight from the board — in your browser, with no separate app open.
Connect RingCentral
- Open the Numeo Spot popup from the toolbar icon.
- Go to the VoIP tab.
- Sign in to RingCentral to link your account.
Once it's linked, the Ring Central Web option is ready whenever you're working a load.

Click-to-dial from the board
With RingCentral connected, click a broker's number on a load and RingCentral places the call in your browser — no dialing by hand, no copying the number into another app. Choose Ring Central Web as your calling method and it dials for you every time.
Connection and blocked states
Spot shows you where the connection stands, so a call never fails silently:
- Connected — RingCentral is linked and ready to dial.
- Blocked or dropped — Spot flags it when the call is blocked or the link drops, so you know to reconnect from the VoIP tab instead of wondering why nothing dialed.
Good to know
- RingCentral is one of several ways to call. You can also use plain Call (
tel:), Google Voice, or Zoom — see Call the broker from the load board. - If the connection drops, reconnect from the popup's VoIP tab.
