Ask Numeo AI is a chat panel that sits on your DAT board. Ask it a question about what's on screen and it answers right there — figuring the rate math, copying a load into a paste-ready block, or helping you reach out to a broker. It's an assistant for the busywork; you still make every call.
Where you'll find it
Ask Numeo AI is an in-page chat panel on one.dat.com. When it's open you'll see an input reading "Ask Numeo AI…" and, before you've asked anything, the prompt:
Ask Numeo AI anything about this board.
Type your question and it works against the loads in front of you.
What it can do
The panel is built to handle the small tasks you'd otherwise do by hand:
- Answer about the board — ask about the loads and lanes you're looking at.
- Run the rate math — a built-in rate calculator for RPM and rate-per-mile, including deadhead.
- Copy the load — pull a load into a paste-ready details block without leaving the chat.
- Take broker actions — help you move on a load, like drafting outreach to the broker.
Think of it as a hand with the repetitive first pass. It surfaces the numbers and drafts the message — you review it and decide whether to send.
Availability
Be aware this one isn't on for everyone yet:
- It's DAT-only — the panel runs on
one.dat.com, not Truckstop. - It's available on Pro and Ultra. On the Free plan it's locked. See the pricing page.
- It's rolling out gradually. Even on Pro or Ultra it can be gated behind a per-account grant, so you may not see it right away.
