Finding loads

Intermediate

Load Radar notification channels

Choose where Load Radar sends matches — connect Telegram, add email addresses, or turn on push through the Numeo mobile app.

3 min read

Once Load Radar is watching your DAT search, it needs somewhere to send the matches. You can turn on one channel or several — every matching load goes to all the channels you've enabled.

Choosing a Load Radar notification channel

A product screenshot will be added here.

Telegram

Get instant messages in Telegram as loads match.

  • Connect Telegram once before you pick it as a channel. If you haven't linked it yet, Radar will say "Connect Telegram first" and won't let you select it.
  • After it's connected, matches arrive as messages the moment Radar finds them.

Email

Send matches to your inbox.

  • Add one or more email addresses — useful if you want a dispatcher and a backup both notified.
  • Good for a paper trail you can search later.

Push (mobile app)

Get push notifications on your phone.

  • Push needs the Numeo mobile app installed. When you turn it on, a QR code appears so you can install the app quickly.
  • Until the app is installed, Radar shows "Install the mobile app first" and push stays off.

Turn on more than one

You don't have to choose. Enable Telegram and email together, for example, and every match hits both. Radar needs at least one channel on before it will start — if none are enabled, the button stays greyed out with "Enable at least one notification channel."

Good to know

  • Channels attach to the Radar for this DAT search. Set up a new search and you'll pick channels again for it.
  • For filters, the three-step setup, and why the Start button might be disabled, see set up Load Radar.
