When a load looks good, you don't have to switch to your inbox and retype it. Numeo Spot lets you email the broker right from the load — from your own mailbox, with your signature attached, and a review step so you always see exactly what's about to send.
Send an email
- Open a load on your DAT or Truckstop board.
- Click to email the broker. Spot opens a compose widget with the load details already in front of you.
- Pick a template if you have one, or type your message. Your signature is added automatically.
- Review the confirm step, then send.
The email goes out from the mailbox you connected during sign-in — your own address, not a Numeo relay. Brokers reply straight to you.

The review step
Before anything leaves your mailbox, Spot shows a confirm modal. What you see there is exactly what gets sent — the same to-address, subject, body, and signature. Nothing is sent in the background, and nothing is changed after you approve it. Read it, fix anything, then send.

- Templates and variables — save the emails you send over and over and fill them in per load. See Email templates and signature.
- More than one mailbox — connect several and choose which one sends per search. See Send from multiple inboxes.
- Daily allowance — the Free plan includes a daily number of broker emails. Pro removes the cap so you can send as many as your day needs. Compare on the pricing page.
