Factoring and broker credibility

Set a factoring provider and minimum grade to filter which brokers reach your funnel — carried into autonomous runs, not a send-time block.

3 min read

You can point AI Hub at your factoring provider and set a minimum factoring grade, so loads from brokers below that grade get filtered out before they reach you. It's a filter on what enters your funnel — and it carries into autonomous runs.

Set a provider and a minimum grade

  • On a tab, choose a factoring provider and a minimum factoring grade.
  • Loads from brokers that fall below the grade are filtered out before they reach your list.
  • Marketing calls this "broker credibility scoring." Under the hood it's a grade filter on which loads enter the funnel.

It carries into autonomous runs

The setting is saved on the tab's search form, and the background poll that drives Fully Autonomous reads that same form. So the credibility filter you pick keeps applying while the agent runs unattended — you don't have to re-set it each run. See Autonomous mode and personas.

What this is — and isn't

Be clear on the boundary:

  • It is a filter on which brokers and loads enter your funnel.
  • It is not a send-time block. It doesn't sit at the moment of send and refuse to email a broker below a fraud or authority score.

What stands between a questionable broker and a commitment is this filter plus your approval — not an automatic refusal. No mode books or commits on its own.

A manual check on the board

For a hands-on factoring and credit check on a specific broker, right on the load board, use Factoring checks in Numeo Spot.

Good to know

  • Authority and MC facts on a load come from Numeo's extraction workflows and the load's broker MC. The full FMCSA authority lookup lives on the Load Hub / carrier side, not in the agent's send path.
  • To stop a specific broker entirely, block them — see Blacklist and blocking brokers.
  • Part of the trust layer — overview at Trust and safety.
