You can block a broker outright. Once blocked, your searches can exclude that broker by MC number, so their loads stop showing up — including on autonomous runs.
Block a broker
- Use the block action on a broker to add them to your blacklist.
- Once blocked, searches can exclude that broker by MC number.
What blocking does
- Their loads are excluded from your search results by MC.
- Because the exclusion travels with your search, it applies on autonomous runs too, not just manual searches.
What blocking doesn't do
- Blocking filters your funnel; it isn't a fraud verdict on the broker or a send-time refusal. It keeps their loads off your board — the approval gate still handles what actually gets sent.
- Brokers are matched by MC number. A broker with no MC on file can't be excluded by MC.
