AI Hub FAQ

Quick answers to the recurring questions — does it auto-book, is there a Covered button, does it ever commit on its own, and when quotas reset.

Short answers to the questions dispatchers ask most about AI Hub.

Does it auto-book loads?

No. The agent finds, ranks, and negotiates, but it never finalizes a booking on its own. Booking is your call — see Book It and the booking flow.

Is there a "Covered" button?

No. The commit action is Book It. "Covered" isn't a button — it's just a load state that means a broker says a load is already covered. A load turns Booked only when the broker confirms your Book It.

Does it ever send money or commit on its own?

No. No mode commits money by itself. Booking, bidding, and rate confirmations always gate to you. In voice mode, money actions need a spoken "yes." Even Fully Autonomous keeps that commitment gate.

Does it check broker authority or fraud before emailing?

It filters, and you approve — it doesn't hard-block a send. You can filter your funnel by factoring grade and block brokers by MC, and every commitment routes through your approval. There is no verified refuse-to-email-a-broker-below-a-fraud-score check — the protection is the filter plus your sign-off.

What model does it use?

By default, a Google Gemini Flash model. It's the default across the agents unless changed.

When does my quota reset?

The mobile AI Dispatch message quota resets at midnight Pacific. Exact caps and which tiers are uncapped are on the pricing page. More in Quotas and limits.
