AI Hub is Numeo's AI dispatcher. It watches your load boards, ranks the best matches, works the broker thread, and lines up the booking — but you approve every commitment. It does the repetitive first pass so you can run more loads per shift, without living in a dozen tabs.
The AI Hub board with ranked loads and the chat assistant A product screenshot will be added here.
What it does
AI Hub carries a load from search to signed, one step at a time:
- Finds — watches the sources you connect and turns your search into results.
- Ranks — scores every load and tiers it so the strongest matches float up. See how it ranks loads.
- Negotiates — works the broker email thread on a load: asks for what's missing, frames the rate as a question, one position per email.
- Books — when you commit with Book It, the booking email goes out. The load only turns Booked after the broker confirms.
You stay in control
The agent never finalizes a booking, a rate, or a rate confirmation on its own. Three guardrails keep the decision with you:
- Book It is your pre-authorization. Booking is an explicit action you take — there is no auto-book. (Heads up: "covered" in AI Hub is a load state, not a button. The action you take to commit is Book It.)
- Voice money actions need a spoken "yes." In voice mode, booking, bidding, or anything sent to a broker gets a read-back and an explicit confirmation. Search and questions run on their own.
- Memory-based claims route through you. Anything the agent would tell a broker that's grounded in saved driver preferences comes to you for approval first.
Even in the most hands-off mode, the commitment gate stays. The AI drafts and lines things up; you make the call.
Where it fits: Load Hub and Numeo Spot
AI Hub is the agent layer. It works alongside the rest of Numeo:
- Load Hub is search. AI Hub runs that same search under the hood — you can type what you want in plain English and it builds the structured search — then ranking and negotiation happen on top.
- Numeo Spot is the Chrome extension on DAT and Truckstop. Its Ask Numeo AI panel is the same assistant, riding on your DAT board.
You'll find AI Hub in three places: the web app, the extension on the DAT board, and AI Dispatch in the mobile app.
How it's organized
- Tabs — each tab is one search context (its own sources, mode, and threads). Create, switch, and close tabs from the tab bar.
- AI modes — every tab runs in one of three modes: Manual, Auto-Supervised, or Fully Autonomous. New tabs default to Auto-Supervised. The mode sets how much the agent does before it checks with you — the booking gate holds in all three.
Get started
- Connect your loadboards and email.
- Create a tab and run your first search.
- Read the load statuses so you know where each load stands.
