Booking History

Where confirmed bookings land in AI Hub — only after a broker confirms a Book It, with a little confetti and a booking-request timestamp that's never cleared.

2 min read

Booking History is the page where your confirmed bookings collect. A load only shows up here once a broker has actually confirmed a Book It — not the moment you sent the booking email. It's your record of loads that are genuinely done.

What shows up here

Only broker-confirmed bookings. When you hit Book It, the booking email goes out and the load moves into your Engaging bucket while it waits on the broker. It doesn't land in Booking History until the broker confirms and the load flips to Booked. So this page is a clean list of loads that crossed the finish line, not loads still in flight.

The empty state

Before your first confirmed booking, the page reads:

No bookings yet — once a broker confirms a Book It, the load will show up here.

That's expected on a fresh account. Work a load through to a broker's confirmation and it'll appear.

Confetti on confirm

When a booking confirms, AI Hub throws a little confetti over the load — a small nod that the load is done. Then it settles into Booking History with the rest.

The booking-request stamp

When you first hit Book It, AI Hub stamps a booking-request time on the load row, and that stamp is never cleared. It marks when you committed to the load, so the timeline of a booking stays intact even after it's confirmed.
